Holcim Ltd - Theophil H. Schlatter, CFO

Swiss national, born in 1951. Theophil Schlatter graduated in business economics at the University of St. Gallen and is a Swiss Certified Accountant. He began his career as a public accountant at STG Coopers & Lybrand. After six years, he moved to Holcim Group Support Ltd, where he was active for a further six years in Corporate Controlling. From 1991 until 1995, he was Head of Finance and a member of the Executive Committee of Sihl Papier AG. He then served as CFO and a member of the Management Committee of Holcim Switzerland for two years. He has been CFO and a member of the Executive Committee of Holcim Ltd since 1997.
