Faster learning
Holcim is dedicated to continuous learning within every team and business unit. To actively promote the exchange of know-how through out the organization a strategy called the Faster Learning Organization (FLO) is utilized.

Our extensive body of training programs, as well as our rapid and world wide exchange of best practices and know-how gives everyone in our organization access to knowledge.

Effective management
