Holcim Indonesia is listed on the Jakarta Stock Exchange under the reference SMCB. The company was in fact the first to be listed on the inauguration of the JSX in 1977 and has been an actively traded counter ever since.

A total of 7,662,900,000 shares are currently on issue as at December 31st, 2005 with 784,565,786 shares, the equivalent of 10.24% of the total stock in the hand of the general public. Holcim Group, through subsidiary companies, holds a beneficial interest of 77.33% of total stock being 5,925,912,820 shares. The remaining portion of 12.43%, being 952,421,394 shares, is held by foreign investors.
