Timothy D Mackay President Director since May 2004. Tim Mackay’s previous appointment was as Managing Director of Holcim (Lanka) Ltd in 2001. From 1997 he was Chief Executive of Basic Industries Ltd & Fiji Industries Ltd where he was responsible for raising the profile and profitability of the Fijian and Pacific Island cement-based industry. He is a Master Mariner, holds an MBA from Massey University in New Zealand and also completed the Senior Management Program with Holcim Ltd. |

Jannus O Hutapea Legal & Corporate Affairs Director and Corporate Secretary of PTSC since January 2002. Prior to this he was General Manager from 1997 - 2001. Before coming to PTSC he was Public Relations and External Affairs Manager in PT Coca-Cola Indonesia and at the same time became a lecturer in University of Indonesia and London School of PR in Jakarta. He holds a degree in social science from the Adventist University of Indonesia (UNAI) and a master in Communications from Tokyo Nihon Institute, Japan in 1978. |

Eamon J Ginley Manufacturing Director since November 2004, responsible for the Narogong and Cilacap cement Plant operations in addition to the Corporate Engineering and Co-processing Solution Business unit. He began working for Holcim South East Asia in 2001 as advisor to PTSC, assuming duties of Narogong Plant Production Director when Holcim became majority shareholder in December 2001. Previous to this he was Manufacturing Manager for the Gladstone Cement Plant of Queensland Cement Ltd. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Canterbury University, New Zealand. |

Dr.Olaf Nahe Chief Financial Officer since May 2007, responsible for Finance & Controlling, Procurement and Information technology. Prior to joining PT Holcim Indonesia Tbk he was CFO of Holcim Deutchland. He started his career with Price Waterhouse and held various positions for Colgate - Palmolive in Germany and the U.S. He holds a degree in economy from Hamburg University and a doctorate in consolidated accounting. |
