Applications
The high variations present in the Oil Cements due the admixtures, observed between batches produced of Class API Cements, as well as the severe conditions of some oil wells in México, are factors that force to make grout designs, sophisticated, difficult to control, expensive due to the high percentage of admixtures taking part requiring too much time in the design, affecting the waiting time in the oil wells.
This lead us to the Class HHSR Cement that thanks to its physic chemical properties, this product is the recommended to cement oil wells where the temperature conditions raise up to 165°C and pressure of 36,000 psi at 9,000 m depth. Also, it is the ideal cement to make grouts used to cement oil & geotermic wells, wich are exposed to the action of aggressive agents – like sulfates, chlorides, aggressive formations and high temperature & pressure conditions.
