Our cement plants participate actively in the economic development of the communities where they operate. For this reason, for more than 25 years, the Agricultural and Forestry Training Centers, known as CECAFs for their Spanish initials, comprise a program of social responsibility that seeks to collaborate in improving the level and quality of life of those communities near our cement plants.

The CECAFs provide training and counsel in providing the most appropriate agricultural and forestry practices for local producers, in accordance with their geographical location, needs and available resources. It seeks to generate self-financed programs, capable of being repeated among more producers, to improve the performance and effectiveness of agricultural and forestry activities in the region.
