Our ability to devise interesting new uses of aggregates is reflected in the many specialised products that have been developed over the years by Holcim Aggregates. Many of these have been produced after close consultation with clients to satisfy a particular need.
Included in the range of specialised products are:
- Drainage metal
- Pea metal
- Crusher dust
- Boulders – an environmentally friendly method of resisting river, land, or sea erosion, either as plain boulders or contained in Gabion Baskets
- Manufactured Sand – a bluestone/sand mix with excellent cushioning qualities, which is ideal for racing and trotting training tracks.
- Decorative Aggregates – the natural textures of exposed aggregate, especially river shingles, are becoming increasingly popular as feature walls, benchtops and driveways.
