Holcim Trading, under a Management Agreement contract with the Holcim Group, manages grinding stations and cement import terminals in Africa, Central America and the Caribbean; in English, French and Spanish speaking environments. The overall capacity of the different operations amounts to 3.7 million metric tonnes. Our Affiliated Companies department is also active in the analysis and development of new cement operations around the world as a support for the trading activity of the company. The success of Holcim Trading in the management of cement operations is based on three main factors: - The allocation of specialised management teams for each operation, co-ordinated and supervised by the general management at corporate level. - The experience and leadership of Holcim Trading in the trading of cementitious materials and their logistics. - The service provided by a Projects department, skilled in the development of individual technical solutions for each operation. |
