User to produce cement-lime mortar for a variety of applications, Holcim Cement-Lime is premixed under controlled conditions to ensure exact proportions the meet ASTM C 270 and Uniform Building Code Standard 24-20 specifications. This product is packaged under a single bag concept for product consistency. This eliminates the inconvenience of mixing portland cement and lime on the job site. Each bag of precision-manufactured Holcim Cement-Lime provides the same dependable, high-quality product performance.

Holcim Cement-Lime is available in Type N, S, and Type M, and can be used for load-bearing masonry above or below grade. This product meets the property requirements for cement and lime listed in ASTM C 270 and will produce mortars that meet the property specifications for Types N, S, and M mortar in certain states where such requirements are outlined.

To mix, place 2-1/4 to 3 cubic feet of masonry sand meeting ASTM C 144 requirements for each bag of Holcim Cement-Lime in the mixer. Add enough portable to produce the desired consistency. Mortar should be machine mixed for a minimum of five minutes after all materials are in the mixer. Mixing instructions are provided on each bag of Holcim Cement-Lime.
