Holcim (US) Rainbow Mortamix® Custom Color Masonry Cement offers designers, architects, and masons versatility, in addition to the strength, workability, and durability they expect from Holcim products. Available in Type N, Type S, or Type M, Rainbow Mortormix can be used to create masonry mortars in a full spectrum of colors that will enhance the aesthetic effect of brick, block, and stone masonry.
Manufactured from high quality portland cement clinker, plasticizers, ground limestone, air-entraining additives, and pigments - all blended under under rigid, laboratory-controlled conditions - Rainbow Mortamix® is guaranteed to meet or exceed ASTM C 91 Standard Specification for Masonry Cement requirements. This product will produce mortars meeting ASTM C 270 Standard Specification for Mortar for Unit Masonry guidelines. In Addition to the 40 standard pigments offered, Holcim Rainbow Mortamix® can be custom blended to perfectly match any color selected. Just send a sample - a piece of old mortar...a paint chip...even a tube of lipstick - and your order will be met, no matter how large or small. For additional artistic character of masonry work, and the ability to match challenging color requirements, Holcim Rainbow Mortamix® is the answer. Mixing instructions can be found on each bag, and should be followed for optimum performance.
