Senior Leadership Program (SLP)

The SLP is designed for top and senior management of the Holcim Group. It is a program build around Holcim's leadership competencies with a strong focus both on individual and organizational aspects of leadership. The SLP is run in partnership with IMD in Lausanne.

Leadership Seminar (LS)

The LS is a leadership program for Holcim middle management expected to take over a future leadership role. As the SLP it is build around the Holcim leadership competencies.
