Senior Management Program (SMP)

SMP is a general management program for senior management that focuses knowledge and skills for effective strategy execution at Group Company level. The SMP is carried out at und in partnership with IMD Lausanne. The program includes a self-preparation phase, an on-campus module and a transfer element.

Management Seminar (MS)

The Management Seminar is an innovation management and leadership program that enables our experienced and high performing managers to improve their management skills and performance. The program is carried out in cooperation with Duke Corporate Education.

Specialized conferences

Functional conferences update Holcim employees on latest developments, give room to share knowledge and forster their personal network.

Functional trainings

Holcim employees have access to in-house as well as external specific training events relevant to their professional and personal development.

Language trainings

In an international community like Holcim the command of English is essential. In addition the knowledge of further languages (Spanish, French, German) is an asset. Holcim supports their employees in improving their language skills.
