Although Holcim has strict rules and guidelines, there is still enough room for individual initiative and improvement, something I specifically appreciate. The way directors, managers and employees work together without hierarchical barriers means that at Holcim, everyone can openly propose ideas or changes regarding the processes in place.

I have just started a new position in Spain as Project Manager Book-to-Report in a European project where the main challenge is to implement a common and reliable business model throughout Europe, Middle East and Africa. Before this, I was Country Controller and a member of the Board of Directors in France. In this role, you have to actively participate in meetings and many projects, analysis sessions and discussions.

The atmosphere in our office is one of motivation, confidence and teamwork with a good balance between professional and private life. The international environment at Holcim delivers me with high satisfaction and I would recommend it to everyone. The ability to learn from others, accept changes in your life and respect and follow the rules of the host country are key to working in different cultural environments.

I would like to meet…

Jean-Jacques Rousseau (1712-1778):
Rousseau was a major "Genevois" philosopher, writer and composer of 18th-century Romanticism. His political philosophy heavily influenced the French Revolution, as well as the American Revolution and the overall development of modern political, sociological and educational thought.
