Custom Stucco
Custom Stucco Holcim (US) Custom Stucco Cement offers designers, architects, and contractors versatility, convenience, durability, and workability. A cement product meeting ASTM C 1328 Standard Specification for Plastic (Stucco) Cement used to produce scratch, brown, and finish coat applications, as defined in ASTM C 926 Application of Portland Cement-Based Plaster. Holcim Custom Stucco Cement is suitable for a wide variety of interior and exterior treatments.

This product is made of high quality portland cement, plasticizers, workability agents, and air-entraining additives. These ingredients are proportioned, combined, and packaged under strictly-controlled conditions to ensure uniformity and excellent performance.

Holcim Custom Stucco Cement is designed to make work easier. Having the ingredients pre-combined in 36 kg (79-pound) bags is one clear advantage. Another is that Holcim Custom Stucco is easy to apply. It can be rodded (straightedged) to true planes, and textured for a variety of architecturally accepted finishes. And, in terms of bond performance, compressive strength, and finished appearance, Holcim Custom Stucco Cement meets the needs of the stucco industry.

To mix, place 2/3 of the mixing water and 1/2 of the total sand volume into the mixer, and add one bag of Holcim Custom Stucco Cement. Then add the remaining portion and sand along with sufficient water to achieve the desired consistency. Once all materials are in the mixer, the stucco mortar should be mixed for a minimum of five minutes.
