Feliciano González Muñoz was appointed Group Head of Human Resources in May 2018 and has been a member of the Group Executive Committee since January 2019.
 

Background


Feliciano has developed his career for more than thirteen years in senior Human Resources roles in the Group. Before his current role he was Human Resources Director for Europe, Group Head of Labor Relations, and also interim CEO of Spain from 2013 to 2015. Before joining Holcim, Feliciano developed his career at Fujitsu Ltd., building materials company BPB plc and pharmaceutical company Almirall. 

Feliciano holds a PhD in Labor Law from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid and an Executive MBA from IE Business School, Madrid. He is a Spanish national and was born in 1963.
