LAFARGE ANNOUNCES THE SALE OF ITS CEMENT OPERATIONS IN HONDURAS

Lafarge announces the sale of its cement operations in Honduras to Cementos Argos for a total enterprise value of €435 million (€232 million for the share of Lafarge1). This enterprise value represents a 2012 EBITDA multiple of 8.6.

Sold assets comprise an integrated cement plant with a capacity of 1 million tons and a grinding station with a 0.3 million tons capacity.

This transaction is subject to relevant regulatory approvals.
