Holcim publishes agenda for 2026 Annual General Meeting
Holcim has published the agenda for its Annual General Meeting (AGM), which will take place on 13 May 2026 at 09:00 CEST at OYM Hall in Zug, Switzerland.
The AGM is held in German and partially in English and will be broadcast live with simultaneous interpretation into German and English at www.holcim.com/agm.

- Management report, annual consolidated financial statements of the Group, annual financial statements of Holcim Ltd, compensation report, sustainability statement; auditor’s reports
- Discharge of the members of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee
- Appropriation of available earnings and distribution payable out of capital contribution reserves
- Re-elections of the Board of Directors and members of the Nomination, Compensation & Governance Committee, the auditor, and the independent proxy
- Compensation of the Board of Directors and of the Executive Committee
Dividend proposal
The Board of Directors proposes a dividend of CHF 1.70 per registered share of Holcim Ltd, reflecting a payout ratio of 53%. If approved, the dividend will be paid out of foreign capital reserves from tax capital contributions, and is not subject to Swiss withholding tax.
