Region Head Asia, Middle East & Africa

Khaled El Dokani was appointed Region Head Asia, Middle East & Africa in October 2026, when he also became a member of the Executive Committee. 
 

Background


Khaeld joined Holcim in 2004 as CFO of Holcim Algeria, then served as Vice President Business Development Europe, Middle East and Africa (ENA) from 2010 to 2013, before becoming Country General Manager for Saudi Arabia, and thereafter Qatar. Following that, he was country CEO of Iraq, Nigeria and GCC (UAE, Qatar & Oman) respectively. Most recently, Khaled was CEO of Holcim Egypt, a position he held from February 2025 to September 2026. 

An Egyptian national born in 1967, Khaled holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from Alexandria University.
