Chief Communications Officer

Alexia was appointed Chief Communications Officer in April 2025, and became part of the Executive Committee in January 2026.

Background
 

In her role, Alexia is leading the function to enhance Holcim’s positioning and reputation across internal and external stakeholders.

Alexia joined Holcim in 2020, and previously served as Head of Employee Communications, Digital and Group Events. Alexia has twenty years of corporate affairs experience in multiple countries having started her work experience in government and non-profit before moving into corporate communications in FMCG and the travel industry.

An American and German national born in 1983, Alexia holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies & Political Science from Trinity University and a Masters in International Policy from the Middlebury Institute of International Studies.
