GRANT EARNSHAW

Region Head West Europe

Grant Earnshaw was appointed Region Head West Europe in March 2026, when he also became a member of the Executive Committee.

BACKGROUND

Grant is responsible for Holcim’s operations in the UK, France, Belgium, Germany, and Spain.

Joining the Group in 1999, Grant held various senior leadership roles across the Middle East, before becoming Group Vice President, Strategy, Development, M&A in May 2009. He served as Country CEO of Iraq from January 2012, before becoming Head of Merger Integration in October 2014. From 2016, Grant was Area Manager Middle East, and Area Manager Middle East & North Africa from 2021. Most recently, he was Area Manager Middle East & Africa from 2022.

A UK national born in 1970, Grant holds Diplomas in Building & Civil Engineering and Business Administration from Peterborough Technical College and Edinburgh University.
