Leadership

Holcim’s Leadership comprises the Executive Committee, which is formally appointed by the Board of Directors. Under the leadership and direction of the CEO, they are responsible for the management of the Group as a dedicated, cohesive and results-driven body. 

They take key decisions together, requiring majority votes to pass resolutions, and are committed to accelerating Holcim's growth and delivering on our NextGen Growth 2030 strategy across functions and regions.
